5-Ingredient Granola Nicecream Cups

Grab & Go: 5-ingredient healthy Nicecream Cups that are easy and SO GOOD! Bite into these ultimate sweet treats that are made with real and wholesome ingredients to keep you going!
1 Pint Banana Nicecream
1 Cup Pitted Dates
1 Cup Soaked Cashews (minimum 1-2 hours)
1 Cup Granola
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1. In a food processor, blend dates and cashews until it starts to form "clumps". Place mixture into a large bowl and add granola. Mix with hands until fully blended. Scoop mixture into muffin pan, and press down evenly with a spoon.
2. Let Banana Nicecream sit out until softened (or microwave for 30 seconds) and scoop onto your pan as the second layer of your cups.
3. Add frozen blueberries to the leftover Banana Nicecream (about half a pint should be left) in your food processor, and blend until smooth. Empty onto muffin pan as the third layer of your cups.
4. Place in freezer for a minimum of 1 hour to freeze.
5. Enjoy!
