Chia seeds are a fantastic superfood that are packed full of protein, antioxidants and omega 3s, and coffee is what fuels our day – so why not combine the two? This coffee chia pudding tastes divine and gives you a good burst of energy. Simply prepare the night before for a quick and healthy breakfast!
Ingredients for one serving: 1/3 cup cold coffee
1/3 cup dairy-free milk (we used almond)
3 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp maple syrup (adjust accordingly to your liking)
2 scoops Banana Nicecream
Directions: 1. Add dairy-free milk to coffee, and stir.
2. Add 3 tbsp chia seeds and maple syrup to the coffee.Mix until well combined.
3. Leave overnight in fridge to set.
4. Start layering the pudding by adding Nicecream, coffee chia pudding, and figs. Enjoy!
