Coffee Chia Pudding

Chia seeds are a fantastic superfood that are packed full of protein, antioxidants and omega 3s, and coffee is what fuels our day – so why not combine the two? This coffee chia pudding tastes divine and gives you a good burst of energy. Simply prepare the night before for a quick and healthy breakfast!⁠

Ingredients for one serving:⁠ 1/3 cup cold coffee⁠
1/3 cup dairy-free milk (we used almond)⁠
3 tbsp chia seeds⁠
1/2 tbsp maple syrup (adjust accordingly to your liking)⁠
2 scoops Banana Nicecream⁠
Fresh figs ⁠ ⁠

Directions:⁠ 1. Add dairy-free milk to coffee, and stir.⁠
2. Add 3 tbsp chia seeds and maple syrup to the coffee.Mix until well combined.⁠
3. Leave overnight in fridge to set.⁠
4. Start layering the pudding by adding Nicecream, coffee chia pudding, and figs.⁠ Enjoy!
