Layered Nicecream Pudding

Cardamom, Mangoes and Strawberries - oh my! Lighten up your mornings with these gorgeous and healthy Layered Nicecream Chia Seed Pudding Cups! Pudding meets smoothie in this lucious mashup

Ingredients (per serving)
1 scoop Mango Banana Nicecream
1 scoop Strawberry Nicecream
1 cup almond (or coconut) milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp coconut flakes
1/2 tsp cardamom
1. In a cup add almond milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, cardamom, and chia seeds. Whisk to combine and evenly distribute.
2. Refrigerate for two hours or until set (overnight is best). After about 30 minutes when chia seeds begin to swell, shake jar to evenly distribute, as the seeds tend to settle at the bottom. 3. Let your Nicecream pints thaw for 20 minutes, or microwave for 30 seconds. Stir to soften. 4. Remove chia seed pudding from the fridge and top with layers of Nicecream.
Sprinkle coconut to top and enjoy!
