Squeeze the day! Make your own V+GF Lemon and Vanilla Rawnola that uses only fresh ingredients for a super healthy Nicecream topper! Layer rawnola and Nicecream to build parfaits for a healthy breakfast or on-the-go snack.
1 cup rolled oats
10-14 pitted Medjool dates
1 tsp lemon juice zest of
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 Pint of your favourite Nicecream
Coconut flakes, to top
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender, or even better in a food processor until the consistency is doughy with some texture still.
2. Layer scoops of Nicecream and rawnola into bowl and top with coconut flakes. 3. You will have some leftover rawnola. Store it in the fridge and use like regular granola on Nicecream smoothie bowls, partfaits, and more!
