When fall hits, the pumpkin addiction is real! 🍂 You have to check out our fun Pumpkin Nicecream Slice Pops that are SO GOOD and actually SO HEALTHY, that they can actually double as breakfast 🙌 Officially our new favourite way to eat Nicecream, this treat is giving us all of the autumn feels 🎃
For the base: 75 g. rolled oats 4 pitted Medjool dates 1 tbsp. coconut flakes 1 tbsp. maple syrup 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
INSTRUCTIONS : 1. Spray non-stick spray side and bottom of a loaf tin wrap. 2. Blend the ingredients for the base together in a food processor, and press into the bottom of the loaf tin. 3. Layer 1 pint of Banana Nicecream on top of the base. 4. Blend second pint of Banana Nicecream, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice for the top layer. Spread this on top of the Banana Nicecream layer and stick 6 lollipop sticks into the loaf at equal intervals. You can also leave the sticks out and serve as a Pumpkin Nicecream Cake 😍 5. Leave in the freezer to firm up for a good couple of hours. When ready to serve, slice into portions and enjoy!
