Rawnola Nicecream Spilt



This is what breakfast dreams are made of! Our
Rawnola Nicecream Split is healthy enough for the morning and delicious enough for dessert! Inspired by @minimalistbaker, we made our own take on this super easy snack! Just scoop away!
Recipe (GF + Vegan) serves 4 or 1 very hungry person, we won't judge.
Rawnola:
1 1/2 cups raw walnuts
16 pitted dates
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 Tbsp flaxseed meal
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
 
Split:
4 ripe bananas
 
Toppings(divided):
1 pint of your fave Nicecream (we used Strawberry Banana)
1/2 cup peanut butter (we used chunky for added crunch)
1/4 cup rawnola
1/2 cup raspberries
4 tsp hemp seeds
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
 
Instructions:
1. In a food processor, add walnuts and pulse to roughly chop. Then add dates and pulse to loosely combine.
2. Add remaining ingredients and pulse to combine. The mixture should resemble a chunky granola.
3. Peel bananas and use a knife to carefully cut in half.
4. Top with nut butter of choice, then Nicecream, rawnola, berries, hemp seeds, and coconut flakes
