Move aside PSL, our new favourite fall drink is this Spiced Pumpkin Lassi 🍂 It's the perfect blend of warm spices, a little sweetness, a kick from ginger, lemon for freshness, and super creamy with the addition of Nicecream.

Spiced Pumpkin Lassi
Ingredients:
⅓ cup pumpkin puree
½ pint Banana Nicecream
⅔ cup unsweetened almond/coconut or other non-dairy milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 ½ teaspoons maple syrup (or a soft date)
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom couple drops of vanilla extract tiny pinch of sea salt

Instructions:
1. In an upright blender, combine all ingredients.
2. Blend on high until the pumpkin lassi is completely smooth and creamy. Feel free to add more Nicecream if you prefer a thicker consistency.
3. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon, almond butter drizzles, and cinnamon on top if you like!
