Vegan Cookie Dough Nicecream

It's too hot to bake, so cool down with our SUPER HEALTHY Cookie Dough Nicecream (V+GF)! Made with protein-packed chickpeas, nutrient-rich bananas, and a few chocolate chips for good measure.

1 can of chickpeas
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp ground chia seeds
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1 pint Banana Nicecream
1. Drain and rinse chickpeas.
2. Add chickpeas, peanut butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup and cinnamon to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add the ground chia seeds to the food processor. Blend until everything is combined.
3. Add chickpea cookie dough mixture to a small bowl. Fold in the chocolate chips.
4. Scoop Nicecream into bowl and top with cookie dough and a few more chocolate chips
